Delivery

We offer free shipping within mainland Great Britain excluding the Scottish Highlands for all of the items we sell on the Expo Direct website.

There is normally a 2-3 day processing time for orders; if there are any issues we will make contact by email prior to delivery.

Once processed items are sent next day by courier and contact will be made on the day of delivery to confirm this.

Returns Policy

If a customer is not happy in any way with the items you have received, then they will need to notify us within 14 days. Once they have told us that they wish to return items, items will need to be returned to us within 14 days. Items need to be returned to the following address:
