We’ve put together this page to give answers to the questions we most frequently have about our products. If you need any more assistance please email support@expodirect.co.uk.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply select the products you want from our website, add them to your basket and then go through our checkout.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We take payment via PayPal; you can either pay with your PayPal account or using a credit / debit card.

How does delivery work?

The cost of delivery is included in the price of our products. Depending on the size and number of products ordered, we will either deliver ourselves or via a courier. If we use a courier we will provide tracking details for you.

Are items shipped ready assembled?

They are not. We do include instruction manuals to help you put together equipment, and there are also instruction manuals listed for our products online. We do recommend if you are unsure of how to assemble LPG equipment that you utilise the services of a Gas Safe Engineer.

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

It is imperative you notify us within 24 hours of receipt that there has been an issue on receipt. Please email support@expodirect.co.uk to confirm issues, with photos of the damage if at all possible.

My item isn’t working. What do I do?

Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@expodirect.co.uk. When you notify us, please give us as much information as possible including regarding assembly.

I need to amend an order I have already placed. How do I do that?

Please email support@expodirect.co.uk, and we will process this. If your order has already been shipped, we’re afraid we cannot amend your order.

I want to return my order. How do I do that?

Contact us at returns@expodirect.co.uk and we will process it for you.
